Low pressure moulding
Low pressure moulding is used for larger quantities of up to 1,000 units. This process involves a higher degree of automation allowing unit costs to remain low. It is especially advantageous for larger pieces because the moulding costs are significantly lower compared to steel moulds. It is definitely the process that provides the best cost-benefit ratio and in addition we can offer a wide range of surface treatments. Materials used are PUR moulding resin systems and epoxy.
