HSC milling

High Speed Cutting (HSC) enables the speedy  production of complex components with maximum precision, including pieces that would be either very time-consuming or impossible to produce manually. Advantages of this cutting technology include high cutting performance, optimum surface quality and almost unlimited possibilities using 5-axis simultaneous machining. The variety of materials ranges from plastics - including high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PSU and more - to light metals and titanium.

Advantages

  • Processing of metals through to high-   performance plastics
  • Highly dynamic
  • Simultaneous use of 5 axes
  • High-precision functional and visual models
  • Production of moulds for casting and injection processes
  • Thin-walled parts of the smallest dimensions
  • Instrument and gauge construction
